Geography
Geography is the spatial analysis of physical and human environments. Areas of study include:
- Physical Geography—landforms and climatology
- People/Environment Geography—patterns of human activity in relation to the natural environment
- Urban/Economic Geography—the analysis of metropolitan environments
- Geographic Information Systems—the use of computers to coordinate geographic data, including cartography (the design and study of maps) and remote sensing (the analysis of images from satellite sources)
