MATRIX: The Center for Humane Arts, Letters, and Social Sciences Online

MATRIX: The Center for Humane Arts, Letters, and Social Sciences Online provides access to knowledge in the arts, social sciences, and education by creating and maintaining award-winning online resources, providing training in computing and new teaching technologies, and creating forums for the exchange of ideas and expertise in new teaching and research technologies. MATRIX also develops, tests, and implements new technological tools that make finding, sorting, manipulating, and storing information easier and more effective for users. MATRIX also serves as the headquarters for H-NET: Humanities & Social Sciences Online, the world’s largest scholarly organization dedicated to the use of new media in research, teaching, and service.
